How to reopen closed tabs in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari browser

You might have experienced about closing tabs by mistake while just shifting the cursor from one tab to another tab. Otherwise, for a moment you may have closed the tab thinking of no use but soon after understand that you need it.

Let us know how to revive the closed tab in browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Safari and Edge:

Chrome

Step 1: Go to already opened Chrome browser window, put the cursor on any open tab.
Step 2: Right click and you will find option as “Reopen closed tab” at the second last position.
Step 3: You may also use the shortcut “Ctrl + Shift + T” from keyboard.
Step 4: For smartphone, tap on the menu button and tap on Recent Tabs.

Firefox

Step 1: Go to already opened Firefox browser window, put the cursor on any open tab.
Step 2: Right click and you will find option as “Undo Close Tab” at the second last position.
Step 3: You may also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + T.
Step 4: For smartphone, tap on the address bar and tap the watch icon and find the “Recently Closed” option. Just tap on it

Safari

Step 1: Find and go to History
Step 2: Then tap on “Reopen Last Closed Window”
Step 3: You may also use the keyboard shortcut Cmd + Shift + T.
Step 4: For smartphone version, open the Tabs button and long-press the + button to get a list of Recently Closed Tabs and select anyone as per your requirement.

Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Go to already opened Edge browser window, put the cursor on any open tab.
Step 2: Right click on the opened tab and you will find the first option as Reopen closed tab.
Step 3: You may also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + T.
